Preparation

Directions for use:
1) Combine 270g of Grace Festival Mix with 135ml of water. Mix well, kneading lightly.
2) Let dough sit for 10 minutes.
3) Separate dough into equal pieces on a floured surface.
4) Shape pieces into equal cylindrical portions, then flatten slightly to form the traditional 'Festival' dumpling shape.
5) Fry in 1/2 inch of oil on a medium heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
6) Drain on a paper towel and serve hot - Enjoy!
