Preparation and Usage
How to Make this Jolly Fine Stuffing
1. Place 125g stuffing mix in a large mixing vessel
2. Add 250ml boiling water to stuffing mix and stir thoroughly
3. Leave to stand until the mix absorbs all the water and remix
4. Place in a greased oven proof dish or baking tray and oven bake for 20 minutes at 200C
Gordon's Recipe Idea - Jolly Fine Stuffing Balls
Prepare the stuffing as above. Mix with Turkey, chicken or pork mince.
Roll into balls and oven bake at 200C/Gas mark 6 for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Alternatively wrap stuffing balls in bacon to create jolly fine finger food.
