Preparation and Usage
How to make this jolly fine stuffing
1. Place 125g stuffing mix in a large mixing vessel
2. Add 250ml boiling water to stuffing mix and stir thoroughly
3. Leave to stand until the mix absorbs all the water and remix
4. Place in a greased oven proof dish or baking tray and oven bake for 20 minutes at 200C

Prepare the stuffing as above. Layer sausage meat and stuffing and wrap in streaky bacon. Place on a greased baking sheet and oven bake for 40 minutes at 200C/Gas Mark 6.
