The Goldstein family started smoking salmon in 1911 and is arguably one of the oldest established families of salmon curers. Through four generations, Goldstein has developed what they consider to be the finest product on the market today.
The royal fillet comes from the loin of the salmon which is considered to be the finest part. The fillet is gently smoked to create a smooth and silky product that melts in your mouth.
