How To Use:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a 6 x 6" (or similar) tin. Add the required eggs and butter, or suitable vegan alternatives, to the mix and blend all the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and spread evenly. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the top is set but still has a slight wobble - it will firm up as it cools. Allow to cool completely before cutting into 8 standard portions, or halve each row and column to produce 32 bitesize pieces. Store in an airtight container at room temperature; freezes well for up to 3 months.
