For 2 years William Grant nurtured a dream to make the 'best dram in the valley' with the help of his family. He finally achieved that vision. Flowing in the Valley of the Deer, with a unique freshness from the same spring water used since 1887, its distinctive fruitiness comes from the high cut point William Gran insisted upon. Carefully matured in the finest American oak and European oak sherry casks for at least 12 years, it is mellowed in oak marrying tuns to create its sweet and subtle oak flavours.

12 Our Original Twelve: This bright and balanced single malt is matured for 12 years in oloroso sherry and bourbon casks before mellowing in oak marrying tuns.
15 Our Solera Fifteen: This warm and spicy single malt is matured for 15 years in bourbon, new oak and sherry casks before harmonising in our unique solera vat.
18 Our Small Batch Eighteen: After 18 years in oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, Our aged malts are married in small batches for a rich and elegant complexity.

Preparation:
Serve neat, with water, over ice or in bespoke cocktails.
Glenfiddich Cloudy Apple Fizz: 45ml Glenfiddich 12 Year Old, 60ml Cloudy Apple Juice, 15ml Fresh Lime Juice, Top up with 50ml light tonic water. Build in a glass with ice, garnish with apple slice.
Scotch Manhattan: 50ml Glenfiddich 15 Year Old, 20ml Discarded Sweet Vermouth or equivalent, 2 dash Angostura Bitters. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with orange zest.
