Distilled with freshly foraged botanicals in Wicklow, "the garden of Ireland. 

Made fresh daily with three varieties of Rose: the rare and elusive Wild Rose from the Wicklow mountains, large fragrant Heritage Roses and the ancient prized Damask Rose all come together to make this beautifully balanced, naturally pink, wild floral gin.Given the delicate ingredients (petals), it is distilled very slowly and gently, using vapour distillation to tease out the essential oils and flavours. After distilling it is further infused with even more roses to deepen the flavours and of course the lovely pink hue.

This is not just another pink gin. Floral, fragrant and flavourful, it is some of the best, most interesting gin we've made.

GLENDALOUGH ROSE G&T50ml Glendalough Rose Gin, poured into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with tonic water andgarnish with a slice of lime and fresh mint leaves.

Tasting Notes
TASTING NOTES Nose: Bright lemon and blood orange, soft juniper notes, deeply aromatic and perfumed with fresh rose. Taste: Distinct rose petal, bright berries, Turkish Delight (for those lucky enough to know it), citrus with a nectar sweetness. Finish: Long finish, with the floral notes lingering with pink peppercorn and a touch of earthy spices. PERFECT SERVE - GLENDALOUGH ROSE GIN SPRITZ 50ml  Glendalough Rose Gin, poured into an ice filled glass, add 25ml oz fresh lime juice. Top off with a grapefruit soda and garnish with a grapefruit wheel and fresh mint leaves.
