Preparation and Usage
Pure crushed on ice or in cocktails. Try the "Aviation" cocktail created by Hugo R. Esslinn, Wallick Hotel, New York in 1916.>Ingredients:  45 ml Gin15 ml Giffard Maraschino Liqueur10 ml Giffard Creme de Violette (Violet)15 ml lemon juice>Preparation:  1. Add the ingredients to a shaker2. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice3. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds4. Strain into a chilled glass (coupe) with no ice5. Garnish with a cherry & serve
