Liqueur (creme de fruits) made from raspberries that are macerated in a neutral spirit to capture their bright , tangy flavor.  Nose : slightly spicy and characteristic of the fruit. Powerful aromas that can recall other red fruits such as blackcurrant and gooseberry.Tasting notes : bright and dynamic attack in mouth. Slight   and very pleasant peppery side . Very fruity mouth with blackberries, blackcurrants and other small acidulous red fruits notes. Long and aromatic finish, very faithful to the aromas of the berry.  Try it at home for aperitif with a dry white, rose or sparkling wine or in cocktails!  Giffard, founded in 1885, we are a five generations family-owned and run liqueurs & syrups producers in France's Loire Valley. Preparation and Usage
For aperitif with a dry white, rose or sparkling wine, or in cocktails. As a topping on mango, passion or pineapple sorbet, on vanilla or nougat ice cream.Try the American version of Sex on the Beach, or sometimes called "Dirty Sex On The Beach"!>Ingredients:  30 ml Vodka15 ml Giffard Green Melon Liqueur15 ml Giffard Creme de Framboise (Raspberry)50 ml pineapple juice50 ml cranberry juice>Preparation:  1. Add the ingredients to a shaker2. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice3. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds4. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes5. Serve
