Storage: In order to keep all the organoleptic, physicochemical and sanitary qualities, they shall not undergo too high temperature changes. Important rises in temperature accelerate the ageing and can lead to significant damages. (loss of colour, mould, ...) Store in a cool dry place, away from light. Optimal shelf life: unlimited.
Preparation and Usage: For aperitif with a dry white, rosé or sparkling wine, or in cocktails. As a topping on melon or watermelon sorbet or vanilla ice cream.
