Preparation and Usage
For aperitif with a dry white, rose or sparkling wine, or in cocktails.As a topping on apple or pear sorbet or vanilla or nougat ice cream.Try the famous Bramble cocktail created in the 1980s by Dick Bradsell, Fred's Club, London.>Ingredients:  40 ml Gin30 ml lemon juice15 ml Giffard White sugar cane syrup20 ml Giffard Creme de Mure (Blackberry liqueur)>Preparation:  1. Ice up half of the glass (rock) with crushed ice2. Pour the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup3. Churn to incorporate ingredients4. Slowly pour the creme de mure to create a marbling effect5. Garnish with a lemon wedge & blackberries and serve
