Preparation and Usage
Pure crushed on ice or in cocktails. Try the simplified recipe the famous cocktail \Blue Lagoon\ created by Andy MacElhone of Harrys New-York Bar in Paris in 1960.
>Ingredients:
30 ml Vodka
30 ml Giffard Blue Curacao Liqueur
Fill with lemon soda
>Preparation:
1. Ice up the glass (highball)
2. Pour the ingredients
3. Briefly stir gently
4. Garnish with lemon wedge & cherry and serve
