To operate remove solar panel from shade by twisting anti-clockwise, then set the switch to the On position. Re-attach shade to solar panel and position. This product is not intended for household illumination. For decorative purposes only.
Solar lights work by recharging their batteries from electricity converted from sunlight. A sensor automatically turns the light on at night. The more sunlight received, the longer the solar light will operate that night. Since the solar lights are powered by sunlight, operating times will vary by specific location, daily weather conditions, and season. Always place in a location that receives good sunlight and is not shaded by buildings or trees/plants. Keep the solar panel clear of dirt and debris.
Periodically batteries may need replacing, please replace with stated battery type. To replace batteries remove the solar panel from the shade. Undo the screws on the rear of the solar panel and detach cover. Once detached remove battery and replace with type stated. Replace the back panel and tighten screws.
