The sprouting jar can be used at any time to cultivate fresh sprouts from seeds such as alfalfa, radishes, or mung beans. Simply rinse the seeds briefly in water inside the glass dome, allow them to drip into the strainer integrated into the stand, place the glass dome back onto the stand, and position the sprouting jar in a warm place. Repeat this process regularly, and the crisp ingredients will be ready to harvest after one week.
