Shopping List (Serves 2)1 tbsp oil1 finely chopped onion250 - 300g diced chicken100ml single cream20g ground almonds (optional)1 pack Geeta's Korma Curry PasteMethodStir fry onion in oil until browned.Add chicken and cook until sealed.Stir in paste and cook for 1 - 2 minutes.Add 100ml water, cream & almonds, heat through and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes or until cooked.Not suitable for microwave use.Great with prawns, or for a Vegetarian option, why not try Paneer
