Preparation and Usage
Push Lid Up with Both ThumbsCooking Instructions (Serves 2-3):- Stir fry 340g diced chicken, lamb, prawns or mixed vegetables in oil for 5 mins.- Sprinkle over the spice mix and stir fry for 1- 2mins,- Add sauce and simmer for 15 mins, stirring occasionally, until cooked. Increase simmer time if using lamb.Geeta's Tip: Delicious with Indian Paneer/Soya for a vegetarian/vegan option. Serve with rice & garnish with chopped coriander.Quick & Easy Spiced Rice Recipe:- Put 1 tablespoon of oil and the spices from the spice cap and the sauce into a saucepan.- Add 200g of basmati rice and 375ml of water and mix well.- Cover the pot and simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat until the water is soaked up and the rice is cooked. Serve with Geeta's Premium Mango Chutney.Wrap Recipe: Follow the sauce recipe, use the meat/veg of your choice and layer in a wrap, along with sliced lettuce and Geeta's Premium Mango Chutney.
