Made from 100% robust desert durum wheat and shaped using a bronze die gives Garofalo pasta its premium taste and texture.Cannelloni are an ideal shape to accompany the most imaginative recipes. They are cylindrical in shape and are usually prepared with a savoury filling, and then baked in the oven. They originate from Emilia Romagna where the original recipe comes from.

Cooking suggestions: Cannelloni Garofalo are ready to baked, at least 30' at 180°C. For a better preparation we suggest to cook them in boiling water for 3' and put them in the oven for at least 20' at 180°C.
