Regional information: Gard and Vaucluse, in southern France, benefit from a warm Mediterranean climate ideal for viticulture. Vaucluse is known for prestigious Rhône appellations and structured wines, while Gard produces approachable, fruit-driven styles from diverse soils. Together, they form a key part of the southern Rhône wine region.
Vinification: Machine harvested from 35 year old vines in the month of September. Fermentation at 25 degrees C with malolactique treatment before assembly for 15 days in concrete and stainless steel tanks.
