Mumm Ros is composed of 77 Crus; it is distinctive for the addition of red wines selected from villages producing outstanding Pinot Noirs. Complex and well defined, the remaining blend is dominated by Pinot Noir (60%), the House's emblematic grape variety bringing strength and character. It is rounded off by the fruitiness, balance and liveliness of Pinot Meunier (18%) to reveal the full subtlety and elegance of Chardonnay (22%). A 15 month period of cellar aging guarantees freshness and intensity in line with the House style.
