Cooking instructions: Deep Fry: Heat oil in a large deep pan or wok (200ºC). Gently place the pappadum in the pan, one at a time, holding under the oil with tongs. Take the pappadums out within 3-4 seconds and place upright, allowing excess oil to drain before serving.
Cooking instructions: Microwave: Lightly brush one side of a pappadum with low fat oil, place on a plate and microwave for approximately 60-90 seconds. Adjust timings according to microwave power and settings.
