For common aches, pain, swelling, and bruising.
Instructions for Use
- While pad is still in sleeve, fold it in half top to bottom until you hear a popping sound.
- Shake slightly to commence cooling.
- Tear open sleeve and remove pad. Peel off paper strip to reveal adhesive and place into underwear.
