Pizza Margherita
Oven 220°C, Fan 200°C, 425°F, Gas 7
Preheat oven. Bake for 15 minutes plus 10-15 minutes.
Pizza base: 350g Freee Pizza Mix, 300g tepid water, 4 tbsp oil, baking tray.
Topping: 400g tin chopped tomatoes, 200g sliced mozzarella, dried basil, salt and pepper.
Plant swap: Swap cheese for a plant-based alternative.
Top tip: Pizza loves to be cooked in a really hot oven.
