Empty the cookie mix into a large mixing bowl.4. Add the water and stir to make a lumpy mix.5. Stir in the oil.6. Divide the mixture into 12 balls of dough.7. Space out the dough balls on the prepared baking tray.8. Flatten the balls slightly with the palm of your hand.9. Sprinkle some pine nuts over the balls of cookie dough, pressing them into the top of each cookie.
