Storage: Keep refrigerated. Once opened consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Cool leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within 2 hours, consume within 2 days. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Preparation and Usage: These small, boneless cuts of chicken breast are easy to cook and packed with flavour. Whether you pan-fry, grill, or bake them, they cook in just a few minutes and make a great addition to salads, sandwiches, or as a protein-packed snack.
Cook from chilled. Remove from fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Preheat oven: 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas Mark 5.
Place the chicken on a roasting tray, season, cover loosely with foil and cook for 20-25 minutes. To check the chicken is cooked, insert a skewer into the thickest part of the portion. If the juices run clear, the chicken is cooked. If they run pink, return to the oven for a further 5 minutes and re-test.
