The Pouilly-Fuisse color is gold with green reflections. At the nose, it displays a lovely almond, hazelnut, citrus, white fruits and buttered brioche bouquet. On the palate, it reveals a nice richness and structure. Perfect with crustacean, foie gras or goat cheese.

History
Prestigious Burgundy estate, Maison Francois Martenot benefits of an excellent fame thanks to its strong know-how and its long history. Francois Martenot which is located in the heart of the Burgundy region exists since the 19th century, and was famous under the name of Clos de Vougeot, property of Leonce Bocquet. The most charismatic member of the family served for Napoleon.

Vinification Details
Traditional. The grapes are pressed after harvesting, and alcohol fermentation takes place at a low temperature (about 20° C). The wine is rapidly racked, filtered and bottled.
