Fortnum's Rose Petal Jelly is a delicate British preserve made with 12% rose petals from a single Oxfordshire garden. It pairs wonderfully with scones and cream, or as a savoury spread for chicken and turkey.
Using the rose petals from a single garden in Oxfordshire, this iconic jelly is filled with Fortnum's love. The petals are picked in the evening when they are at their most scented, and transferred the next morning to the jelly, thus capturing the fine fragrance Scented, floral and delicate, it is simply divine with scones and cream, but also works well as a savoury spread with white meats, such as chicken or turkey.
Use sparingly - it is so aromatic that less is easily more.
