This sea salt box of 28 chocolates contains: 28 sea salt milk chocolate squares, created using Italian sea salt from Cervia, with history dating back to the Etruscan period. Cervia salt is more palate pleasing due to a limited presence of bitter salts, creating harmony between the sweet milk chocolate and the salt.
