The single estate vineyard of Château de Beaulon is situated in the province of Saintonge in the Cognac region of south west France.
Using the traditional and characterful Folle Blanche rather than the ubiquitously bland Ugni Blanc grape variety, this is a remarkably floral and fruity style.
This spirit is most usually enjoyed after meals but, because of its delicate charm, can equally be served as an aperitif, either neat or with tonic water.
