Our Chablis is made by Domaine Louis Michel, under the guidance of Guillaume Michel, who seeks to produce Chablis in its purest form. He is a passionate traditionalist with the utmost respect for the terroir of his 25 hectare domaine. His wines are touched as little as possible, have no contact with oak and are developed on their lees for 8 months for the Chablis and for a minimum of 16 months for the Butteaux Vieilles Vignes. Michel's wines amply reflect their vineyard origins and are a premium example of Chardonnay in its purest, unadorned form.
