A fragrant, radiantly pink yet savoury 100% Pinot Noir Champagne made exclusively for Fortnum's from by Maison Bonnet. The grapes are sourced largely from the prestigious appellation of Les Riceys in the Côte des Bar, a patch of limestone slopes in the very south of the Champagne region that are particularly famous for Pinot. The freshness of this wine and its enticing fragrance of red berries make for a lovely aperitif, but it will also pair beautifully with smoked salmon, prosciutto, Brie or desserts based on red fruits.
