The origin of this Amontillado solera was established in the 19th century. It has been classified by the Regulatory Board as V.O.R.S. (very old rare sherry), with 37 years of age.
Pale mahogany, and offering notes of vanilla, tobacco and leather it is perfect with aged cheese, smoked meat and fish or enjoyed alone. Best served slightly chilled.
