HOW TO USE Place the panel on the stand or hold it. Put on protective eyewear, then press the universal power button to turn it on. Press the button again to cycle through LED colors or sync with the FAQ Swiss app for pre-set programs. Sit back and enjoy the treatment for 5-15 minutes, depending on the program. Once finished, press and hold the universal power button to turn off.
