Preparation and UsageSuggested recipe: Jollof Rice, Serves 2. Step 1: Add 1 bomb to 300ml boiling water & 4 tbsp sunflower oil, simmer on low for 15mins until dissolved. Step 2: Add 200g of washed uncooked rice and mix in, water should be 1 above the rice. Step 3: Cover the pot with tin foil, prick a couple of holes in the middle, pop the lid on and steam on a low heat for 35mins. For alternate recipe suggestions head over to flavourbombs.com
