History
As the first distillery in Evanston (near Chicago) since prohibition, FEW Spirits cheekily takes its name from the initials of Francis Elizabeth Willard, a local woman who was a key figure in the temperance movement! FEW Spirits is an entirely grain-to-glass distillery, meaning every aspect of their production is done in-house using grains sourced as local to the distillery as possible.
