Regional Information - Selected vineyards from Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa Calcareous clay soils, located on slopes with good drainage and good sun exposure.
Vinification Details - The must is fermented at a maximum temperature of 28°C.
After fermentation, the wine is transferred to oak barrels for slow maturation for 12 months, followed by another 12 months of ageing in the bottle before being released to the market.
