xFounded in 1974, Fairsen is a Taiwanese company specialising in the production of powdered foods, in particular for the creation of jellies and other puddings. Fairsen's Lychee Flavour Jelly Powder has the sweet, almost floral, taste of lychee - picture a mix of pear, strawberry, and rose. The pudding is a jelly-like dessert that is easily prepared. Firstly, pour 600 ml of boiling water into a saucepan before adding a pack of pudding powder (105g), and stirring until it is fully dissolved. Once you're happy that is fully mixed, pour the mixture into a mould and allow it to cool to room temperature for about three hours. Place in the refrigerator to allow you to chill and enjoy your fresh delicious pudding.
