Quinoa Mule:
50ml FAIR. Vodka
5ml lime juice
Build over ice cube in a tall glass.
Top up with ginger beer.
Garnish with lime wedge
Dry Martini:
75ml FAIR. Vodka
10ml dry vermouth (adjust for guest's preference)
Stir it all in a tin over ice cube until very cold.
Strain in a martini glass.
Add lemon zest.
