Considered the 'fruit of paradise' by ancient cultures, the pomegranate is grown in Uzbekistan. It is known for its perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. The sugar used in FAIR. Kumquat Triple Sec is also Fairtrade certified, coming from various coops in countries such as Belize and Paraguay.

Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegan, gluten free and gmo free.

Preparation and Usage

Fantastic liqueur to use in cocktails. The fresh feel and taste of this liqueur make this product very versatile and extremely easy to drink.


Serving Suggestions

Pomegranate Fizz:

Fill up tall glass with ice cube

50ml FAIR. Pomegranate

40ml lime juice

Top up with Prosecco or Tonic

Garnish with lime wedge

Clover Club  :

50ml Gin

25ml lemon juice

6 raspberries

15ml Pomegranate

1 Egg white

Muddle raspberries in tin, add ingredients and dry shake, add ice and wet shake. Fine strain in martini glass.

Garnish with pomegranate seeds
