Using Fairtrade juniper berries, cardamom and coriander sourced in the Varganza village, in the region of Samarkang, Uzbekistan. The Dustkul Bogi cooperative has three main objectives: increase production, develop social environment and develop organic production. We are also using organically grown grain of paradise and calamus roots from France.

Using FAIR. Quinoa Vodka as an alcoholic base, we macerate the spices for a week before distilling once again in a small batch alembic only producing 200 litres at the time.

Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegan but also gluten free and gmo free.

Preparation and Usage

Is great smoothest and unique taste can make you enjoy this gin neat, on the rocks, paired with your favourite tonic or in cocktails such as dry martini and negroni.


Serving Suggestions

Gin Tonic:

Tall glass full of ice

50ml FAIR. Gin

Top with your favourite tonic

Thick lemon zest squeezed on top

FAIR. Negroni:

30ml FAIR. Gin

30ml Campari

30ml Red vermouth

Build over ice cube in a rock glass and stir for a few second until chilled.

Garnish with orange zest
