









FAIR Café Liqueur is a premium coffee-based spirit crafted from slow-roasted Fairtrade Arabica beans. It delivers an authentic coffee flavor with hints of chocolate and tobacco, ideal for cocktails like Espresso Martini or enjoyed neat.
The great tastes come from slow roasting the very best organically grown, Fairtrade Arabica coffee beans to extract the fine, authentic properties of the coffee. The freshly ground beans are infused directly into the neutral spirit base to create a rich-flavoured coffee-based spirit. Our coffee beans are organically grown and Fairtrade certified. They come from a co-op of more than 1,900 independent farmers in the Huatusco region of Veracruz, Mexico.
Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegan, gluten free and gmo free. The sugar used in FAIR Café is also Fairtrade certified, coming from various coops in countries such as Belize and Paraguay.

Tasting notes: Nose - Smells like fresh roasted coffee beans with hint of tobacco and chocolate. Body - Silky texture, light on the sweetness and very much focus on the coffee flavour. Taste like an alcoholic espresso with a drop of sugar. Finish - Roasted coffee, chocolate and smoky. Coat the palette nicely for a lasting finish.

Serving suggestions: Espresso Martini: 40ml Vodka, 35ml FAIR. Café liqueur, 25ml espresso shot. Hard shake with ice and double strain in martini glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans on top. Café d'amour: 25ml FAIR. Café Liqueur, 100ml spiced ginger ale, Top apple cider. Build over ice cube in a tall glass. Garnish with fresh apple slices.
