FAIR. Cacao liqueur is made using organic and Fairtrade certified cacao nibs from Peru. The nibs are infused into a vodka to create a rich-flavoured based spirit. The sugar used in FAIR. Cacao liqueur is also Fairtrade certified, coming from various coops in countries such as Belize and Paraguay.

Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegan, gluten free and gmo free.

Preparation and Usage
A dark chocolate barre in a bottle. FAIR. Cacao liqueur will be perfect neat on the rocks as a digestif, paired on top of desserts such as Tiramisu and ice cream but also in cocktails.

Serving Suggestions

20th Century:

50ml Gin

30ml FAIR. Cacao liqueur

30ml Lillet blanc

10ml lemon juice.

Pour it all in a shaker, shake for a few second and strain into a martini glass.  

Garnish with a lemon zest.

Cacao Old fashioned:

15ml FAIR. Cacao

40ml Rum

Couple of dash of orange bitters

Pour it all over ice cube in a rock glass, stir then add more ice and garnish with grated chocolate and orange zest
