Our rum is made using the traditional fermentation and distillation process that has been used in the Caribbean for hundreds of years. Our Fairtrade sugar cane is grown using sustainable farming methods on small farm plots. Each stalk is carefully hand harvested to maximize the yield and protect the land. The farmers are part of the Belize Sugar Cane Farmers Association (BSCFA).Aged in American oak barrels previously used for Bourbon. By not adding any sugar after the ageing FAIR. Rum Belize Xo 20ml lime juice 10ml sugar syrup Build over ice cube in a tall glass and top up with Ginger Beer. Add 3 dashes of angostura bitters. Garnish with lime wedge.
