The blend is based on the 1988, 1990, 1993 and 1996 harvests.
This Champagne is a Chardonnay-only Blanc de Blancs, sourced from a perpetual reserve to make up 75-80% of its Extra Brut edition. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, it is aged on the lees for a minimum of three years before assemblage. As expected, it's dry on the palate with a fine mousse finish and delicate bubbles.
