The temperamental weather on the Exmoor Moorland assists in creating a wonderfully rare blend. On the palate, the honey has a delicate, silky character - perfect for sweet baking and pancakes.
All of our honey is proudly single-origin, minimally filtered and completely pure - never blended and never pasteurised.
Crystallisation is a natural process in honey - should it occur, gently warm the bottle in hot water.
