If you do not use the product it will shut down after 2 minutes automatically
This product has a heating function about 45°C, make sure this is comfortable on your skin, discontinue use if it feels too warm
Use for 5-10minutes, use similarly as your normal gua sha tool, making sure you have light pressure on your skin while you massage the correct areas. Research massage techniques online. Gua Sha massage should be light pressure and never hurt the skin.
