Preparation and Usage
Directions for use
1 capsule per day with food. When starting supplementation it is recommended to take 2 capsules per day for the first 12 weeks to help balance essential fatty acids in the body.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant, on any medication, or if you have any medical condition before starting supplementation.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a well balanced and varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
Suitable for both adults and children, but for children aged under 5 years, we recommend Equazen baby, children's chews or children's liquid - vanilla or citrus flavour.
