Equazen Eye Q is a combination of the highest-grade natural omega-3 and omega-6 oils. What's not in Eye Q: Cassein, Gluten, Chemicals and Synthetic additives.
The capsules also have a mixture of omega-3 and omega-6 which may support brain function.

Take 2 capsules per day with food. Take 6 capsules per day for first 12 weeks when starting supplementation or after a long break to build up levels of essential fatty acids.
For children under 5 years, we recommend the Equazen eye Q baby, Eye Q children's chews, smooth sachets or liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant, have any medical condition, are on any medication. Keep out of reach of children.
