PreparationRecommended use: 1-2 230 ml servings per day as part of your daily routine. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Instructions for use: To prepare one 230 ml serving, pour approximately 195 ml of cold water into a glass and gradually add 6 level scoops (a scoop is included in the can) or 53.5 g of Ensure NutriVigor. Stir or shake thoroughly to dissolve the powder.
