Engine is an Organic Italian gin produced in Piedmont, in Northern Italy. Engine Organic Gin is made using 100% Italian botanicals and has a stout structure but a kind soul. It sparkles on the rocks and shines in tonic water. Our aluminum cans are made out of recycled olive oil and motor oil cans. Further recycling of Engine Gin cans uses up to 90% less energy than recycling glass.

Method: Pour all the ingredients directly into the ice-filled glass. The tonic water must be very cold! Garnish with a sage leaf.
