Rioja's ferocity is tamed - but inside each bottle, its majesty and its mysteries endure.
Regional information: The Rioja region benefits from a Mediterranean climate which is moderated by the Sierra Cantabria, a small mountain range which prevents clouds from forming over the area.
Vinification: The grapes are lightly destemmed then fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at 14 degrees Celsius for 25 days.
